The theme of the 2013 River City Casino Grand Parade is "Carnival Comics". The parade will be held on Feb. 9. Posters and shirts featuring this design will be available at participating establishments throughout Soulard.

Divas in the Park is a free concert series held one Saturday a month at Soulard Farmers Market Park, just south of downtown St. Louis. Everyone is invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets. There is also a playground in the park for the kids. The concerts begin at 6 p.m.
